It makes it easier with the bar removed. Otherwise you need a real long
Phillips screwdriver, with no more than a 1/4" diameter shaft. As for
the TB if you have no documentation, that's the "no" in your answer. I
would be making plans on replacing it in the near future. Maybe not
"right now", but I would wait til spring if you know what I mean... you
just run a gamble if you choose to hold off.
