[V8] Window Regulator

I wanted to thank everyone on their advise/help on the window regulator replacement.

I purchased a new one from ECS and had everything replaced within a half hour other than the "C" clip which took about two hours just to get that on.? I don't know if there is a secret to it or what but it certainly will test your patients!!!

Just have to put the door panel back on and I should be good for another 175,000 miles.
