[V8] serpentine belt

I can't get tension on the serpentine belt.  I finally got it around all the
pulleys, but there's a ton of slack in it.  I can move the tensioner to the
"more loose" position, but when it springs back it doesn't seem to go far
enough to tighten up the belt.

I've checked several times that I have the correct routing and I know I have
the right belt because there is a diagram for the Audi 3.6L routing
configuration on the packaging.
