[V8] serpentine belt

Well, I figured it out and I have to say I feel kinda stupid.  I stared at
the routing for about an hour yesterday and could absolutely not find
anything wrong.  I just went and looked and within 30 seconds realized my
mistake:  the belt was not going under and around the idler, but over the
top of it.  ><

I guess if you stare at something long enough you just go cross-eyed and you
have to walk away for a while.
