[V8] More o2 sensor woes...

You can do a sort of basic functionality test with a propane torch.
Clamp the sensor in a vice (preferably not near anything flameable...)  
by the area where the socket wrench grabs it. (the hex nut area)
Put a voltmeter + on the (usually) black signal wire and the volt  
meter - wire on the vice somewhere. It needs to make electrical  
contact with the body of the sensor.

Fire up the torch.  As you heat the tip (don't go crazy here - you can  
probably kill it with too much heat), you should see the voltmeter  
begin to register at least 1 volt if I remember right.  If you can't  
get that reading the sensor is definitely dead.  If you do get a  
reading, it works at least a little, but may be "too slow" to be much  
good to the cars ECU.
