[V8] More o2 sensor woes...

Oh, I guess telling you guys what I've done so far would help, sorry for
that slip.
New spark plugs, Autolites. Tested all spark plug wires and they are
all within spec.
Have one new Dizzy cap/rotor, the other one looks near new.
The vac lines all appear to be in great conditions, removed the large
ones from the car and inspected.
Other than that, I am working on testing it in car, and will finish that
tomorrow. It is putting out voltage between .1-.7, at least. I don't know
if I'm supposed to have my ground hooked up when i test it (its a spliced 4
wire) . And it was an ACDelco Sensor.
