[V8] removing headlights

How do you get the headlights off??

I see there are two bolts on top, under black plastic caps.  Then it looks
like there are three bolts across the bottom.  It seems easy enough to get
the one in the middle, and as far as I can tell the outside one is
accessible once the corner light is removed (though I haven't actually
gotten that far yet.  Is it just that one phillips screw that holds the
corner light on?).

The one on the inside, however, seems to be mostly block by the metal strip
that runs below the headlights (the part that the wipers are attached to).
It doesn't appear possible to remove the strip without removing the bumper,
though.  Please tell me you don't have to remove the bumper to swap out a
headlight!
