Does anyone know a place I can look up TSBs on any VAG product?

I have been searching for a new vehicle for my wife for 2 months now.  I went round and round looking at new 2008 still on dealers lots, then realized how much these cost.  I looked at used Allroads and found a few, but really was concerned about vehicle history.  Then considered used Q7s and Cayenne.  Then decided to look at new Touaregs.  These are now above the $40K mark.  

I finally decided to look at Certified V10 Diesel Touaregs. They are more reasonable priced in the Mid $30k range.  I first test drove this model back in 2006 and thought it was a hell of a lot of vehicle for the money, but that $69K price was outrageous

If anyone can give me a link to VW TSB lookup website, I'd greatly appreciate it.  If this requires special access the VIN for the Touareg I'm interested in is - WVGPT77L96D056868
