[V8] hood opening, again

If you have to replace your cable just go to a bike shop and get a rear
brake cable from a tandem bike (one of those bikes for two people). It's a
much more durable cable and the sleeving for it is plastic lined to add
lubrication making it less prone to failure. Also, it's FAR less expensive
than what you'd pay for a new hood release cable.
