[V8] It's a joke and it makes me mad!

I too went and looked out of curiosity, and for those that haven't looked
the program is rating our cars at 14mpg. They list my 83 CJ-7 as a 17mpg
vehicle (well an '84 does, my 83 is one year too old to quality.)
Back in reality I get 20 in the v8 and 15 in the jeep. I don't get it. But
I wouldn't disagree with the subsidy explanation either.
