[V8] Audi must have

   European Car magazine was a real resource 10 years ago when they were 
discussing repairs of affordable Audis, ours and other German cars. Les Biidrawn's 
photos were great! I would still subscribe if they were existing car component 
oriented instead of Dream cars. -I did see Mercedes CLS 55 AMG V8 kompressor 
that I desired today. 
   Does anyone know:
1. Why there a lag, like a turbo lag, when I Step On the '93 V8 accelerator? It is a 
second of moderate speed and then V8 takeoff.
2. Is there another reason for -no start- when hot other than a working 
positioning sensor and a working engine coolant sensor located in the right rear
