[V8] ABS Tester for V8

The service manual has ABS tests that can be done that do not involve the
specialized instrumentation. Another thing folks with automatic V8s can use
for troubleshooting is to observe if the center diff is getting locked at
unusual times. If the center diff is behaving properly it speaks against a
problem with the wheel sensors. It has been a while since I looked at the
manual, but ISTR a bad connection to the alternator field lead can cause the
ABS to shut off, and there's some sort of ABS Power Relay that can cause a
similar problem.

My regular mechanic has not had time to spend on my ABS yet, so the ABS in
my car is still inop. I think we will find a bad sensor, although he did
check all of them initially.
