It is something we discuss on the urq list as well ... yes, the brake servos
can be rebuilt, you need to find out what the seal configuration is and
you're almost done!  Of course identifying the seals may not be that easy.
You might be able to find something in the KB as well ...

Back in the old days Audi used to offer seal kits for rebuilding brake
cylinders ... I even got a rebuild kit for a brake M/C once ... but in the
days of out of control lawsuits the sale of rebuild kits has gone away.  Of
course there is some validity for taking away the readily available kits if
it is possible that someone would try to rebuild a worn or damaged part.

Looks like the BMW crowd have worked out how to rebuild there's.
Apparently (following this blog) it's only sealing ring that's needed.
