[V8] Bringging Canadian cars to the US

It's somewhat of a PITA, but not impossible. I have a 4000Q here that a 
friend brought over, spent about 4 hours on the border going through the 
paperwork and whatnot. As long as you have everything in order as far as the 
paperwork, it should not be a big issue other than time.
