[V8] Bringging Canadian cars to the US

You need a letter from Audi stating the vehicle meets US saftey and emissions, or document the federally required labels for entry. 
If they don't meet emissions or saftey you can't bring them over. Customs is refusing entry for US citizens driving canadian vehicles over the border. Don't ask how I know...
