[V8] One-eyed headlight wiper

On V8Q #1 sometimes when they don't park, they'll stay on unless you
physically push them down when they're on the return stroke.  
There is one good thing I found out about this condition, the road slugs
will get out of your way quickly at night, seems the wiper must do a
fairly good rear view imitation of Johnny Law coming up behind with
strobes.
