[V8] Instrument cluster Dip Switches:

Yeah, those are the mileage discrepancy adjustment dips for the display. 
Anything over 5% error between real mileage and displayed can be
adjusted.

The adjustment goes: (X=Off or down) (O=On or up)

+5%    OXO
+10%  OOX
+15%  OXX

-5%    XXO 
-10%  XOX
-15%  XXX
