[V8] Center console light missing

It's inside the shifter mechanism, the socket takes a 2 Watt bulb,  Audi
part number  N 017 751 2.  You can get at the bulb through the rear of
the shifter IIRC.  You have to kind of look for it when you have the
shifter exposed, Audi hid it well.
