That one you describe is a sliding switch for the "brake" symbol or word and is next to the blue plug, or rather right between the blue and white plugs.

I don't know if that's it, but there is a "brake light" switch back there
somewhere.  When set to USA, it'll flash "Brake Light", when set to
non-US, it'll show the universal Brake Light symbol instead.

Oh, so wait, what about hte Red switch then?  Its all by itself on the
back instead of the underside.
