Ok, I'll venture my opinion.  

Nope.  Not.  Don't.  Nope.  

I guess it's a lovely car.  But it isn't a V8 Quattro, and no matter how
"great" a deal it is, it will still be a LOT more than a nice V8 Quattro.

If a nice V8 is found...and they ARE around, in small numbers...it can be
had for less than five grand.  If all the work is done in a decent shop by a
decent mechanic, a really good running, long lasting and now, relatively
unique V8 Quattro can be bought, licensed, have ALL the maintenance done and
up to date for less than eight grand.  

And it once that is done, you won't have an Audi sitting out in the driveway
that really resembles so many of those cookie cutter look-alikes from Japan
or Korea.  That alone has gotta be worth something.
