[V8] Need V8 Blower Motor Fix

Never go used on a blower motor.  It's too much of a PITA to replace, and
chances are the used one might be on it's last legs too.  There was a
lister (I think on the main list) who replaced the brushes, but, alas,
not in the car.  You still have to remove the motor and solder them in.
