[V8] Need V8 Blower Motor Fix

Agreed. I've replaced the blower motor only on one V8 and the motor
and heater core recently on another. Once you get in there, you
absolutely DO NOT want to have to get in there again anytime soon...
Bite the bullet and put a new one in.
