[V8] rear Window modifications

Actually, this happened a month ago and the car would have been a  
write-off if insurance had been involved.
But there wasn't any comprehensive coverage, so  . . .
I spent several evenings with a jack inside the car pushing the  
pillar back.  Then I had the jack on top of the C pillar with a large  
'C' clamp (perfect name!!) pulling it some more.  I finished up with  
a hammer, and amazingly enough it was pretty close to the old profile.
I glued in a new used window courtesy of a generous lister, and we  
were good to go!
No leaks so far, but the pillar paint surface is now depressingly ugly.
