[V8] Oil Leak Suggestions?

Have a good look at the "D" plug part of the valve cover gasket. If
it leaks, it looks like the oil comes from behind the timing cover,
and drips down near the alternator and generally covers everything
with oil. There is also the piece that bolts to the block (behind
alternator) that houses the oil temperature valve for the cooler, and
some sensors. That gasket is fairly easy to replace - assuming you
can get the oil cooler hoses off intact.
