You can use many transmissions.... but the ideal one would be the V8 5sp trans obviousley. It's a Hybrid of sorts honestley. A mix of 016 & 01E parts.
As far as the trans in the 90 200 your looking @ the trans would bolt up... but it doesn't have the proper gearing (3:89). The trans in the 200 20v is a better fit, being that the final drive is 4:11. But,
as a source for most of the parts you'd need it would work. But you have to consider that your going to still need a trans... & axles depending on what trans you use.
I would imagine if you could get the 90 200 for $200 it would be a good deal. Cause then you'd still be looking @ at least spending $300/400 for the trans you'd need.
Might cost a little more... but I'de look for a 200 20vt as a parts donor. You could grab everything you'd need... & still be able to make some money on parting out the rest of the car.
