[V8] Distributor rotor replacing

I don't remember costs off the top of my head, but if you looked back in
the archives for the summer of 2007 I am sure I gave an accounting of the
whole process.  If you install the parts yourself, then the rings
were around $200 I think + whatever the rod bolts were, and the gasket
set.  Probably budget $1000 for all the parts here + whatever the
valve job costs.
I think the whole deal was around $2000 for me with
me doing most of the grunt work.
