[V8] Distributor rotor replacing

I think it is the driver side distributor flange - the part that mates
into the cam shaft.  The drive "tooth" has a fiber cover
type thing over it and it breaks off.  Mine has a piece
missing.  It still seems to run OK but the rotor is probably retarded
just a tad.
