[V8] the V8 , chirp ... chrip

I hate to state the obvious, but the simplest answers can often be
overlooked.  Before you get ahead of yourself, you said the chirping is
recent, as in it showed up just in the last week?  If so it might be a good
idea to make sure it's not the new exhaust system that's squeeking.  I'm
pretty sure they often use rubber hangers that can squeak if installed too
loosely.
