[V8] Vehicle Speed Sensor - V8 5-speed

I have Steve -

The symptoms were exactly as you describe.
The sensor I got was (I am pretty sure) from an automatic, and had a  
different part number but fit/looked the same and works fine.
You might find all the gory details in the archives - I know I posted  
the results.  It was at least two years ago.
