[V8] Autolite 103

Well what I'm thinking is I might try to find some rubber tubing that fits
inside whatever deep socket I use (looks like 5/8 standard), but has an
inner diameter small enough that it fits tightly over the ceramic of the
spark plug.  So once the plug is loose, it will be held inside the socket by
the tubing.
