[V8] Autolite 103

I just used a standard spark plug socket to put them in and out. 
Occasionally, my spark plug socket would lose the grip when pulling out, so 
I just used an old plug wire to push in there and lock on, then pulled it 
out and popped it off the old plug wire I used. Worked like a champ.
