[V8] Code 2123

If this is an automatic, the full throttle/kickdown switch is built into 
the throttle cable and is located right at the firewall on the engine side.
The switch tends to break and come apart. Its a little box with a spring 
inside. You may need to replace the cable. Cutting the wires should 
clear the short signal...
