[V8] What's this plug for? (Dave Saad)

Yeah, I though it might be, once I pulled it out and saw that it was a
tube.  I'll have to play with it and see if I can hook it up how it's
supposed to be.

By the way, I got my new chip in today.  I hope to god I NEVER have to pull
the ECU out again.
