[V8] heads up! heads off!

Hi Everyone!

 

Well having managed to buy a cheap runabout (another V8 of course) I have decided to finally, after a number of years to tackle the valve stem seals, which have caused much embarrassment upon kickdown.

I've done the timing belt before so I have the tools to hold the cams still but I have no manuals at all. I've done plenty of 5 cylinder heads before so I'm fairly confident.

But does anyone have any info they could send me? tips or advice? 

 

I'll expect I'll be mailing you all soon with some sob story!
