[V8] heads up! heads off!

Hi,

you can exchange the valve seals without removing the heads at all - 
just put airpressure onto the cylinder you're working on, grab the tool 
required to press down the valve springs, remove the camshafts and 
exchange the seals. But it's a bunch of work (64 valve collets...).
