[V8] heads up! heads off!

I did my valve seals about three years ago and they are fine now. 

Question , lets say you start your car up and just move it and then shut it off ... when you re-start it , does it smoke then ?  (yes, then it's Valve stem seals ) 

Your symptoms could be valve stem seals or as Dave said Rings ( or a fuel metering problem )
