[V8] starter relay (was back-up light switch)

 From a previous posting you suggested jumping the starter relay,
terminals 38/30 and 36/87.  Here's what I got:

The terminals on the bottom of the relay are here:

Is case you can't read it, the top 2 terminals are 15 and 54.
The middle 3 are , To or Ta, and P/N.
The bottom 1 is 31.

So, which terminals do I connect to bypass the relay?
