It's starting to be not fun. I was hoping to just "pop" the kick panel.

It seems the Hood Release is helping secure it. I removed the screws for
the hood release. The top moved some more, but the front edge seemed stuck.
I found a screw under a carpet tab and removed it. I can pry it open a bit
from that side, but the kick panel is still held firmly in place. I tried
lifting up, but felt a lot of resistance. Does the kick panel include the
plastic left foot rest / dead pedal, too?

I've been searching ETKA to find an image of the kick panel. They sure try
to hide things. "Carpet", no. "panel", no.

This car is making me feel dumb & dumber.

Does ETKA for the year:1990 model:V8 MG:9 SG:41 Illustration:165-10 show
the main relay panel? Where does it show the kick panel?

Thanks.
