Kent,

You can jumper from 37 or 38 to terminal 37, on the fusebox side. 37 and 38 
come off the same power source, branched off insied the fusebox. Terminal 39 
is the one that is fed from the Alarm through the TCU/MFS. What I was 
refering to with the other wires/terminal #'s was bridging them at the MFS.

Typical is to jumper the two that form a "T" of sorts. They look something 
like this:
     __    <From here
 I          I
       I   <to here

BTW, the fusebox side has terminals 36, 37, 38, and 39. The relay has 
terminals 30, 85, 86, and 87.
