[V8] starter relay (was back-up light switch) - WORKS

I still have a few questions.  Tony didn't have the same terminal numbers
that showed on my relay. I think I got lucky and picked the right pairs.

I put in 2 jumper wires, which worked. But as I was writing up the wiki
page, I thought I should only need to jump one side; the other is used
only to enable (switch) the high-amperage side. So I pulled one jumper
and it still worked.

Can someone confirm that a) terminals 36 and 37 are the ones that should
be jumped, and b) terminals 30 and 35 are the low-amperage side that switch
the high-amperage side.
