[V8] Thanks to Tom99 for all his help with my V8 speakers

I agree, I did & still continue to do a bunch of recapping of the Bose amps & the little bit of work involved is well worth the trouble!
A correctley working Bose system is fantastic!

 & I personally wouldn't have went with a 7.5 wide rim on a 17. But keeping in the 7.5 width you could have went to the correct tire size (235)..... got any pics you can share SD?
