[V8] Bypassing starter switch

?  If it's the ignition/starter terminal it's supposed to be GREATER than
8 volts.  12.6 is more than 8, so it's tested fine.  IIRC it's terminal
50something on the switch, and it's supposed to be  battery voltage.
