[V8] Non decorative paint

Company in Brooklyn NY makes some serious high-temp ceramic based paints, you can buy it in spray
cans. Wonder if next time the heat shield over the two engine sensors happens to be out that might
be a good time for a coat of this paint on the "hot" side of the shield?

Cotronics Duralco 6105SP spray paint, good to 1200 degrees F. I'm doing the engine side of the
firewall in my airplane with it. Not even very expensive.
