[V8] Euros followup

So if anyone's interested, I finally just got everything sorted out with the
whole "Euros from Latvia" fiasco.

He sent me the replacement parts to fix the insides of the right headlight,
but the lens still has that small crack (looks like a rock chip) and the
only replacement I found would cost me about $65 shipped.  As far as the
left headlight it needs a lens and reflector and the only ones I could find
for that side would cost me $170.  Since I only paid about $145 shipped per
light it was actually cheaper for him to just refund the money for it.

In the end he ended up refunding me $195 total (I actually asked for $210,
but we settled on $195), so I actually ended up only paying about $95
shipped for a somewhat useable right headlight (though it will be about $160
if I buy the replacement lens).

By the way, I think I should lube the adjustment parts.  Any suggestions on
what to use?
