[V8] Euros followup [adjuster lubrication]

The adjustment mechanisms are fully removable, but I don't know how well
teflon tape would work on them since they include gear and sprocket
assemblies.  The horizontal control has a cable that rests in a trough sort
of thing.

Plus teflon tape is used for sealing threads in plumbing.  I'm not sure how
well it'd work for lubricating stuff.  I think the movement would just tear
it up.  I'll give it a shot and report back, though.
