[V8] Toerag and GMC& Phaeton

Sorry....lost my stream of consciousness....the point that I was making with
this ramble, was that my GMC pickup rides very near as well and seems to
handle nearly as well as that very tricked out, air suspended Toerag...at
least on smooth pavement.  

AND the GMC will tow at least as much for less than one tenth the price.

Yeah, yeah, I know:  I only get around 12 miles per gallon, but diesel fuel
is more than ten cents a gallon more here.  

So, what does that prove?  Nothing, really.  

Except if VW built the Phaeton as a four passenger coupe, much like the
Mercedes 560SEC, with twelve cylinders, I think this whole thread might be
going in a different direction...at least from me.
