If there is fluid dripping out of the servo (or hydraulic booster as some 
call it) it has me wondering if it's coming from it or running out of the 
back of the master cylinder and out the servo. Much like a vacuum booster 
can get fluid in it and be ruined by a bad MC. So, I'd pull the mounting 
nuts for the MC, and pull it out a bit. Check indide the back of it, where 
the rod from the servo goes. See if it's leaking back there, past the seals.

As for the other, it won't hurt to have it replaced either way.
