Dave,
Im going to try heating it up after work today.Hopefully I can get a 6 point
socket from the maintenance dept. here at work.
My impact wrench its only 3/8..maybe that's why its not taking it off.
I have a motive pressure bleeder I'll be using to bleed the brakes.
Thanks alot,
Curtis

Have you tried to heat the bolt up ... maybe with it soaking a bit ,it
might of helped. Then I would hit it with the impact again.
To save your pain and suffering I would strongly suggest when bleeding the
system that you use the pressure method apposed to using the pump method.
The pump method ( pumping up the brakes with your foot ) often pushes the
piston past it's usual point of travel in the Master cylinder.
This cause the rubber components to fail. A flush every year of brake
system is a good idea because it get rid of debris and water molecules.
The reason your caliper pop was because the brake pad was at it lowest limit
(worn out) .... still that shouldn't have happened. hope this helps
superdave.
