[V8] My car scared the $$%# out of me!

Haha.  Not like you might think!   Been working on the windows the last few
days and needed some working switches so I went to the local U Pick It and
checked around, turns out they had some 5K's (s avant neat!) and some 90s,
and a pair of 92 100s.  I just happened to see the rear seat out and looked
at the vac pump, and it was identical in look, but upon comparison it had a
different part number.

So I bought it and put it in the car.  First time driving with it I played
with the locks and it was cool, they work and all.   So I get where I'm
going and I turn the car off and the courtesy lights come on!  That's never
happened before, because they go through the Central Locking Pump which was
not installed.   That trips me out.  Get out of the car and lock it, and the
radio turns back on!  Oh crap.  It is on a relay for the door switches which
hold power for a bit after power down. So I locked the car and then tried to
unlock it at the drivers door, but it would lock itself after i took the key
out.  So I just held it over and opened the door and the alarm went off.
Hah, and I couldn't get it off at the drivers door.  I used the key in the
passenger front door and that turned the alarm off.   Something weird about
the key with the drivers door.  Are they chipped or is something amiss?

Man that was a fun few minutes too.  Oh, also, how does the locking of the
trunk and the gas cap work from the drivers door?  I think that's part of
the setup?
