:-/  I took apart the final motor yesterday, and the same story, only this
one was super toast.   The other motor had just a teeny bit of rust and
seizure on the moving parts, but this one had lost its plugs on the bottom
somehow, and was just totally Effd.  I took it apart and the center section
was all black, the plastic and brushes were all melted, and I was starting
to clean it when I pulled one of the magnets and it just disintegrated in my
hand.  So, I guess you can't fix everything.. that one will need
replacement.   But all my switches work, and 3/4 windows and a working
locking system in two days ain't bad.

Hmm.
